IMPORTANT NOTE re: Mahara ePortfolio Login issues / 'Missing' work
Following a recent change to the way that users log in to Mahara ePortfolio, some users were incorrectly allocated a new account when they logged in, instead of being given access to their existing account.
This makes it look like their work has disappeared. It hasn't.

If you believe you have been affected by this issue, please do the following:
- Take copies of any work you have created in the new, duplicate, account
- Open a support ticket by selecting the appropriate option at https://www.yorksj.ac.uk/it-support/ and ask for the duplicate account to be removed
- When ITS confirms they have done this, please check you have regained access to your original account and let them know
- Restore any work you made copies of, as necessary
